Liquid identities is a new project lead by Federico Calcagno. Some rhythmical Carnatic influences, free jazz, and improvisation with very nice compositions, and special instrumentation.

Improvisation with Sofia Borges and Sarah Claman at Hal5 Studio, Amsterdam. November 2017.
On October 2017 we spent a week together with Gerard Valverde Ros and Sarah Claman in Mataró (Spain) playing, experimenting and researching on the possibilities of improvised music with strings, bows, contact mics, and live electronics.
Here a little excerpt of the work we did.
Solo improvised performance on the Instant Music Day organized by Nicolas Chientaroli at Zaal100, Amsterdam.

Together with the dancer Tashi Iwaoka and the artists Susanna Inglada, we created small dance performance to accompany the inauguration of the exposition “Ojos de Oro”, by the same artist Susanna Inglada.

It was performed on the 23rd of June, in the Museum Flokwang, Essen (Germany). You can see some details of the exposition here.
